The Learning Ladder Nursery and Preschool is looking for a passionate, creative, and responsible Director to join our daycare!

We are looking for someone who is able oversee and manage the children and staff in the center. As Director, you are required to walk around the building monitoring your staff and enrolled children to ensure everyone is following proper procedures, answering phone calls, being readily available to assist teachers, scheduling staff members weekly to maintain state ratio requirements, maintain a safe and educational environment, communicating daily with enrolled parents, and upholding a positive and fun reputation of The Learning Ladder!

Job Requirements:

- Must have a bachelor's degree***

- Preferred experience in management/supervisor position (willing to train the right candidate!)

- Child care experience (preferred 1 year)

- Must have reliable transportation
